1 總 則
1.0.1 為使互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心(IDC)工程做到技術(shù)先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、安全可靠、節(jié)能節(jié)材、可持續(xù)發(fā)展，保證工程質(zhì)量，制定本規(guī)范。
1.0.2 本規(guī)范適用于IDC的新建、改建和擴(kuò)建工程的設(shè)計(jì)、施工及驗(yàn)收。
1.0.3 IDC工程應(yīng)選用符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)技術(shù)要求的定型產(chǎn)品。未經(jīng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)鑒定合格的設(shè)備及主要材料，不得在工程中使用。工程中采用的電信設(shè)備，應(yīng)取得電信設(shè)備進(jìn)網(wǎng)許可證。
1.0.4 在我國(guó)抗震設(shè)防烈度7度以上(含7度)地區(qū)IDC工程中使用的主要電信設(shè)備必須經(jīng)電信設(shè)備抗震性能檢測(cè)合格。
1.0.5 IDC工程的設(shè)計(jì)、施工和驗(yàn)收，除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范外，尚應(yīng)符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
